(1) & (2) The number of public officers called to appear before the Police Royal Commission and granted financial assistance for legal representation totalled 153. The amount of assistance granted to these public officers totalled approximately $1,037,599.00. (3) & (4) The number of persons who received legal assistance but were not provided with legal representation for any hearings they may have been involved with, totalled 41. The amount of assistance granted to these public officers totalled approximately $71,846.
