I refer to the Minister’s media release of 10 November 2010 headlined ‘Karratha receives housing boost with 100 residential lots now available’, and I ask:
(a) how many of these lots have been sold;
(b) of those sold, how many have been sold to:
(i) first home buyers;
(ii) owner occupiers;
(iii) investors resident in Karratha; and
(iv) investors not resident in Karratha?

(a) 84 of the 100 residential lots have been contracted or settled. The remaining 16 lots were contracted to first home buyers who were not able to secure finance. It is anticipated that these lots will be released in the next stage of Baynton West.

(b)(ii) All first home buyers are required to own and occupy the established home.
(b)(iii) Not applicable.
