As a supplementary question, just to

The closing remark I made in
response to the first question was ''in coming days''. There will
be a range of meetings over coming days, bearing in mind that we are a government
that is careful with public finances and want to make sure that we target our
measures as carefully and closely as possible to those who need them. We will
put some measures in place in coming days, and I expect that the Treasurer and
I will make an announcement shortly.
I again make the point that I have
made over past weeks: we need to keep some resources for recovery. We need to
keep the capacity for a rebirth of our economy. We are very keen to make sure
that when the time comes, we have the
capacity to support our economy with some fiscal measures to get the economy back
up again. This difficult period will go for at least six months. It is a
terrible period for many businesses and employees across the state. That is why
we put through the upper house those measures to protect small commercial
tenants in particular. The debate in the upper house showed that this
government is the supporter of small businesses in this state.
Mr D.C. Nalder interjected.
