(a) The advertisement was booked via APN Outdoor (Transperth’s third party advertising contractor) on 5 April 2017.
(b) 25 buses each having a single external advertisement.
(c) The advertisement was referred by APN Outdoor to the Outdoor Media Association to ensure compliance with the advertising industry standards and codes before posting.
(d) Yes, after the receipt of some complaints.
(e) Yes, after the receipt of some complaints.
(f) Yes.
(i) 18. Transperth requested APN Outdoor to remove the advertisements.
