(a) St Brigid's Convent (Crown Reserve 40197) John Street, Northbridge;
(b) Conditional Contract of Sale signed on 22 October 1997;
(c) Sold to St Brigid's Convent of Mercy Perth Incorporated;
(d) $850,000;
(e) No associated revenue received. Convent was stamp duty exempt;
(f) Funds received were used for establishment costs of Ministry of Justice Office in Milligan Street, Perth;
(g) No associated costs on the sale.
