I refer to the negotiations with the restaurant leaseholders
presently located in the Florence Hummerston building.
(1) What is the current status of the negotiations?
(2) Is an amount of compensation being discussed?
(3) Is the government considering paying out the value of the
current lease?
(4) What advice has the government received as to the amount
required to pay out the current lease?
