recruits who have graduated in 2023 had not completed all elements of the
course prior to attending a graduation ceremony?

referred to in (1), how many have still not completed all elements of the

Emergency Services. The following information has been provided by the Minister
for Police.
Due to operational priorities, the Western
Australia Police Force advises that it is unable to provide an answer within
the required time frame. An answer will be provided to the honourable member on
