❓ Hon Jim Scott questions the government's progress on water conservation, prioritisation of new water sources over existing strategies, potential conflict of interest with the Water Corporation's revenue, and a specific water supply contract with Hismelt. The government defends its actions, stating that water conservation is integrated into its broader water strategy and that the Hismelt contract is separate from the desalination plant proposal.
