(a) if so, how many officers above level 7.1 have accepted free travel and/or accommodation from a private company or individual;
(b) if so, where was the travel to, or where was the accommodation provided, and what is the name of the individual or private company that offered the travel and/or accommodation;
(c) if so, what is the estimated value of the travel and/or accommodation; and
(d) if so, does the agency have any commercial or financial relationship with the private company or individual?
