I refer to compensation for damage to private homes and privately owned businesses due to Metronet construction works and related issues, and I ask: (a) in relation to the Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal: (i) how many applications for compensation due to damage to private homes from construction works have been received, to date; (ii) how many applications for compensation due to damage to private homes from construction works have led to a compensation payment, to date; (iii) in reference to (ii), how many of these compensation payments were subject to a non-disclosure or similar agreement; (iv) in reference to (ii), what is the total sum of compensation payments paid; (v) how many applications for compensation due to damage to privately owned businesses from construction works have been received, to date; (vi) how many applications for compensation due to damage to privately owned businesses from construction works have led to a compensation payment, to date; (vii) in reference to (vi), how many of these compensation payments were subject to a non-disclosure or similar agreement; and (viii) in reference to (vi), what is the total sum of compensation payments paid?

(a)        Property damage claims are recorded by address. A distinction between residential or business property is not recorded.
In total, 14 applications have been received, of which three payments have been made to a total of $1,657.00.
