(1) Is it correct that condition number 7 on Miscellaneous Licence 26/181 states in part ‘On the completion of the life of mining operations in connection with Miscellaneous Licence 26/181 the holder shall forthwith commence…’?
(2) If not, will the Minister table a copy of all the conditions on Miscellaneous Licence 26/181?
