I refer to page 304 of Budget Paper No.2, Volume 1, line-item "Ambulance and Patient Transfer Services" under the heading "Ongoing Initiatives", and I ask: (a) why has there been such a significant decrease between 2024-25 ($30,184 million) and the budget for 2025-26 ($20,733 million) as well as significant decreases in the following years?

There are no budgeted cuts to Ambulance and Patient Transport Services. The Spending Changes table in Budget Paper 2 provides a view of additional funding approved through the 2025-26 Budget to manage demand for services.
