Minister for Electoral Affairs:
I refer to the fourth amendment to
electoral laws made by the state Labor government since 2021, the Electoral Amendment
(Names of Registered Political Parties) Bill 2024.
Please table all communications
between the minister and his office with the staff of WA Labor headquarters in
the period between the lawful registration of the Democratic Labour Party by
the independent Western Australian Electoral Commission and 4 November 2024.
