(5) Has any agency held any discussions with any other party or agency about purchasing or acquiring any land along the proposed route? (6) If yes to (5), for each parcel of land: (a) what was nature of the discussions; (b) what were the addresses of any land discussed; (c) what was the intended purpose of the land discussed; and (d) what is the estimated value of any land?
