I refer to the answers given to my question without notice No. 328 on 17 May 2011 regarding Investment Security Guarantees given to sawmills, and I ask -
(1) At current rates of compensation, what amount(s) would have to be paid, -
(a) to each of these sawmills; and
(b) in total?
(2) If the Forest Products Commission (FPC) reduces the log timber intake specified in their contracts with the FPC, and the exceptions to compensation do not apply?
