I refer to the announcement to create Infrastructure WA, and I ask: (a) how many submission were made to the Government before the closing date of 20 March 2018; (b) are those submissions publicly available; (c) if no to (b), why not; (d) were any submissions accepted after the closing date; (e) if yes to (d) which submissions were received after the closing date and what was the basis for accepting those submissions; (f) given the Department of the Premier and Cabinet website says a consultation report will be prepared by 2018, why is it taking so long for this report to be publicly released; (g) when will the consultation report be released; (h) have any staff been appointed to Infrastructure WA in any capacity, including in an acting capacity; and (i) if yes to (f) what are the names of those people, their role and their level.?

(c) It is not appropriate for individual submissions to be made public as submitters were advised that all submissions would be treated as confidential within relevant legislative limitations.
