(1)(a) - (b) The Ballajura Youth Centre, also known as the Dungeon, is an excellent provider of important and valuable services for young people in Ballajura. The Community Service Grant Funding Program is the only program within the youth portfolio which provides recurrent funding to organisations such as the Dungeon. Unfortunately, this program was fully allocated prior to the election of the current Government.
However, the Office for Youth administers the Youth Grants WA program and the Minister for Youth has asked the Office for Youth to meet with the Dungeon to explore funding opportunities from this and other potential government sources.
