I refer to an application to move a stay pole (holding tension on a corner pole) that is situated at the front of 213 Hardey Road, Belmont, and I ask: (a) what is the cost of moving the pole to allow access if a subdivision were to occur; (b) what options have been examined, including alternative pole sites; (c) have quotes of up to $82,000 been directed to the owners of 213 Hardey Road; and (d) if yes to (c), how does it cost $82,000 to shift one pole or change to a stay wire structure?
