I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) Yes. (2) 2000-01 - $386 425 base contribution; 2001-02 - $386 425 base contribution; and 2002-03 - $739 683 base contribution. The base contributions are explained and the amounts set out in section 9 of the manual for the financial management of the small craft facilities trust fund. They are covered under the principles for cost recovery, pricing and management of public boat harbours and fishing industry facilities of December 1999. Principle 10 states that the facilities that were making a base contribution to government under the preceding pricing principles will continue to do so. The base contributions are used by the Department for Planning and Infrastructure to fund dredging and other required works at other boat harbour facilities around the State. (3)-(4) Details are being obtained from the maintenance contractors and will be provided once they are available.
