I refer to the approved subdivision at Corymbia Way, Wolliston which is surrounded by Corymbia Way, Lawnbrook Road West and Cephalotus Road, Walliston, and I ask: (a) has Western Power finalised power connection to all the 26 lots in this 3.6 hectare development; (b) if no to (a), how many lots are not yet connected and when will they be connected; (c) when was power connected to those lots that are connected; (d) what work is required to deliver power to all lots in the development; (e) why were the lots not connected before the subdivision was finalised and titles were issued; (f) were these lots sold as unpowered lots; (g) on what date did Western Power first receive an application for power connection to this subdivision; (h) on what date was power connection to this subdivision approved by Western Power; (i) on what dates were payments to Western Power made for connection to this subdivision; (j) by what date did Western Power originally agree to supply power to this subdivision; and (k) were any variations made to the agreement in (j), and if so, what were those variations?

The connection for the 24-lot subdivision cannot occur until the developer has completed their required works. The cables will then need to be tested before Western Power can assume ownership of the assets, connect them to the network, and upgrade the overhead powerlines.
(e) Clearance for lots is dependent on meeting Western Australian Planning Commission
(WAPC) conditions, not necessarily energisation. Clearance can be granted if the developer has paid for a power connection. This enables developers to progress with title release and sales while energisation is finalised.
(f) The sale and marketing of lots are matters for the developer.
(g) 7 February 2022.
(h) As per answer (a)-(d), the power connection has not been approved by Western Power.
(i) 16 March 2024.
(j)-(k)
Western Power originally scheduled the connection works for 20 March 2025. The works have since been rescheduled on five occasions at the request of the developer.
The works are currently scheduled for 13 December 2025, provided the developer is ready.
