I refer to the answer on 17 September 2025 to my question without notice 745, in which the House was advised that 288 charges of displaying gang insignia have been laid since the new laws came into force, and I ask: (a) are you aware that Western Australian Police have redirected the part of the question relating to the outcome of the charges to the Attorney General; and (b) how many of those charges: (i) have been sustained; (ii) have been discontinued; and (iii) remain to be determined by a court?
