TRUST — INQUIRY
1247. Hon CHARLES SMITH to the Leader of the House
representing the Attorney General:
I refer to the Njamal People's
Trust inquiry by Deputy State Counsel Alan Sefton under section 20 of the
Charitable Trusts Act 1962.
(1) Has Mr Alan Sefton completed his
inquiry and reported to the Attorney General?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Attorney
General make the report public today?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
