I refer to all departments, agencies, statutory authorities, Government Trading Enterprises and any other public sector bodies under the Minister’s portfolio responsibility, and I ask: (a) For each agency, as at 1 December 2025, what is the total value and number of outstanding maintenance items relating to the agency’s assets (including but not limited to buildings, facilities, plant and equipment, vehicles and ICT infrastructure); and (b) For each agency, please provide a breakdown of the outstanding maintenance referred to in (a) by: (i) the asset name and location; (ii) a brief description of the maintenance work; (iii) the date the maintenance need was first identified; (iv) the date by which the work was originally scheduled to be completed (if applicable); (v) the current status of the work; and (vi) the estimated cost of the work yet to be completed?

(a-b) The information being sought by the member is not readily available and would require considerable research, which would divert staff away from their normal duties, and I am not prepared to allocate the State’s resources to provide a response.
However, if the Member has a specific query, I would be pleased to consider arranging for the department to provide information on that particular issue.
