(1) Have any ex-gratia payments been made to any member of the Board of Commissioners, or any companies owned by their families?
(2) If yes to (1), who are they?
(3) Do any members of the Board of Commissioners have a credit card issued by Tourism WA (TWA)?
(4) If yes to (3), which members?
(5) What transactions were made on these credit cards for the 2009-2010 financial year?
(6) Have any benefits, cash or other payments been provided any member of the Board of Commissioners or any companies owned by their families?
(7) If yes to (6), what are they?
(8) Have any cash payments or otherwise been made to the Chamber Commerce and Industry?
(9) If yes to (8), what payments?
(10) Has any member of the Board of Commissioners undertaken any travel on behalf of TWA since 2007?
(11) If yes to (10), what were the, -
(a) dates;
(b) destination;
(c) purpose; and
(d) a breakdown of the total cost including air, accommodation and expenses of that travel?

(5) 36 transactions totalling $4 350.34 for accommodation, airfare, meals, parking and taxis, all associated with Ms Lamont's role as Chairman.
(6) Yes.

Similar to part (5), a list of transactions for 2009/10 involving payments to tourism businesses, including those associated with current Tourism WA Board members Kate Lamont of Lamonts and Howard Cearns of Little Creatures, for hosting media and trade familiarisations, and travel industry functions and events, have been provided. Please note that Lamonts received 0.12 per cent of all such payments and Little Creatures received 0.53 per cent. The choice of businesses involved in Tourism WA's familiarisation program is made by Tourism WA's Familiarisation Manager. The relevant Board members have declared their interest in these businesses and were not involved in the selection of venues for the familiarisation program.
