I refer to ongoing negotiations with the lessees of the
Florence Hummerston building at Elizabeth Quay and the Minister for Planning's
previous indications that the matter may proceed to court for resolution.
(1) At what stage are the negotiations?
(2) Have court proceedings been commenced and an originating
summons lodged?
(3) If yes to (2), when?
(4) If no to (2), has mediation commenced?
(5) If yes to (4), when?
