(1) The election commitment for new and existing station upgrades was for $144 million 'based on Treasury costings', however the budget allocation for new and existing station upgrades is for $101.5 million, can you please advise? (2) How has a reduction of $42.5 million been achieved for this commitment? (3) Where have the savings been found? (4) Are any components of this commitment no longer being funded? (5) Have any components of this commitment been funded by reprioritization of existing projects, if yes which projects? (6) Have any components of this commitment been funded by savings from existing projects, if yes which projects and what is the value of the savings?
