Having regard for the statement provided to the Legislative Council on Tuesday, 4 March 2003 by the Minister for Housing and Works representing the Minister for Energy in which the minister advised that the answer to question on notice 504 asked on 10 December 2002 was factually wrong, will the minister - (1) Table a copy of all contractual agreements between Western Power and Mr David Eiszele relating to the employment of Mr Eiszele and Western Power; and, if not, why not?
