1447. Hon PETER COLLIER to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
(1) Is there
currently —
(a) a consultant
orthopaedic surgeon; and
(b) an accredited orthopaedic registrar employed and
practising at Bunbury Hospital during the week?
(2) Is there currently a locum consultant orthopaedic
surgeon employed at Bunbury Hospital during the week?
(3) If no to (1) and/or (2), when
will these positions be filled?
(4) If no to
(1)(a) and/or (1)(b), what is the impact on patients scheduled for elective
orthopaedic surgery at Bunbury Hospital?
