I have a supplementary question.
The second part of my question was: when can the minister advise that the
community can expect a determination, given, as the minister stated, that the
project does not comply with the Shire of York's planning scheme, has
not been recommended by the joint development assessment panel for the midwest
and wheatbelt and has been rejected by the York community on numerous occasions?

about the EPA's determination on environmental grounds.

Stephen Coniglio — GWS Giants — Statement
by Speaker
The
SPEAKER : Members, I have given people a fair bit of latitude today
and other days to talk about various sporting teams and who they are barracking
for and wishing luck to. I want to acknowledge Stephen Coniglio, the captain of
the GWS Giants, and wish the Giants and Stephen well. Stephen and his family
hail from Swan View, and Stephen was a student at La Salle College in my
electorate. Along with many other AFL players who have grown up in my
electorate, I am very proud of Stephen's achievement, and wish the
Giants well in their contest against Collingwood.
