I refer to the 2022 Parliamentary Report ‘Enough is Enough’: examining Sexual harassment against women in the FIFO mining industry, and ask: (a) Has the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Energy (DMPE), Worksafe and the WA Police Force reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in relation to the sharing of information on sexual assaults on mine sites: (i) If no, is planning in progress for the creation of an MOU; and (ii) If yes, how many reports have been referred under this arrangement to date?
