I refer to Royalties for Regions funding provided to the Shire of Carnarvon, and I ask: (a) what funding has been provided to the Shire for the Main Street and Fascine redevelopment projects and when was this funding provided; (b) will the Minister table a copy of the business cases prepared by the Shire in requesting Royalties for Regions funding for each of these projects; (c) did the Shire meet all conditions set out by the Department for Regional Development before receipt of Royalties for Regions funding for the Main Street and Fascine redevelopment projects; and (d) will the Minister table a copy of all documentation confirming all conditions were met by the Shire before the release of funding?

(a) The Shire of Carnarvon has or will receive a total of $19.58 million for the following Main Street and Fascine redevelopment projects:
· Carnarvon Fascine Redevelopment Planning project: $0.780 million over two financial years commencing in 2010-11
· Carnarvon Fascine Foreshore Redevelopment Phase 1- Robinson Street and Surrounds: $8 million over two financial years commencing in 2010-11
· Carnarvon Fascine Revitalisation - Stage 5: $7 million over two financial years commencing in 2012-13
· Carnarvon Fascine Revitalisation - Completion: $3.8 million over three financial years commencing in 2013-14
(b) No. The business cases formed part of submissions to Cabinet for Royalties for Regions funding approval. All Cabinet documents are protected under Cabinet-in-Confidence rules through the State Cabinet Guidelines and cannot be copied or released.
