(a) - (d) I received a briefing on 20 March 2013 which reflected the
comments made in Parliament on the date the Member cites. Information relating
to that briefing and subsequent document is subject to a range of
confidentiality, primarily Cabinet in confidence. If the member wishes to seek
access to the briefing note or any other, he is encouraged to submit a Freedom
of Information application so that appropriate considerations can be made under
the Act.
