I refer to the Attorney General’s joint media statement with the
former Treasurer made in September 2017 that announced the development of a
justice pipeline model that was to come into effect mid-2018 and deliver a more
efficient justice system, and I ask: (a) have any reviews,
reports, modelling or similar documents been completed assessing or evaluating
this model; (b) if yes to (a), will the Minister table those documents; (c) if
no to (a) or (b), why not; and (d) what has been the total cost of this model for the duration of the
four years it has been in effect?
