I refer to the media event and associated statement titled 'Grants to crank up local bike facilities' dated 3 April 2018, and ask: (a) why were two different maps produced for the 'WA Bicycle Network (WABN) grants program: Awarded projects', one map with WA Labor red branding and the other Department of Transport (DoT) regular livery; (b) who produced the "WA Labor red" branding map, at what cost and how much time was taken to create it; and (c) who produced the DoT map, at what cost and how much time was taken to create it?

Noting the $8.6 million spent by the former Liberal-National Government on its “Bigger Picture” advertising campaign:
(a) The Department of Transport (DoT) branded map was designed for DoT’s website and the State Government branded map was designed to support the State Government’s media announcement as per the State Government Style Guide.
(b)-(c) The DoT branded map was produced internally by DoT and took approximately 9.5 hours to complete. It took approximately an additional 5 minutes to change to the State Government branding. The maps cost $150 ex GST to print.
