I refer the minister to the notice of assignment of the Maylands boat yard lease sent to lessees and businesses at the boat yard. (1) Was the Department for Planning and Infrastructure aware that the lease for the Maylands boat yard has been assigned? (2) If so, when and under what circumstances did the DPI find out that the lease had been assigned? (3) As the lessor, has the DPI imposed any conditions on the assignment of the lease? (4) Will all outstanding maintenance and repair issues be completed before the assignment of the lease is agreed to by the DPI? (5) If not, why not? Hon KEN TRAVERS
