I refer to the recent announcement of $1 million towards nutrient mapping of more than 200 farms across the South West, including the Swan-Canning catchment, and I ask —
(1) How many farms in the Swan-Canning region will be offered an opportunity to join this program?
(2) How will participants be selected?
(3) Will other, non-fertiliser aspects of a farm's contribution to nutrient-load be assessed as part of this program?

(1) All farms that are primarily a grazing enterprise will have the opportunity to submit an expression of interest.
(2) Participants will be selected by the project's working group consisting of industry, agency and community representatives.  They will use agreed criteria to select participants.
(3) No, the project will just assess farm nutrient use efficiency at the property scale.
