(2) As work was due to commence October 2006, when will work start?

a. Final negotiations on various sub-contractual arrangements are to be completed between the parties, which are currently expected to be concluded by end February 2007. 2. Subject to 1(a) commencement is planned between Feb - April 2007. 3. The finalising of the sub-contractual negotiations would suggest a delay to the completion date. 4. Third quarter of 2007. The Member should be aware that it was under the previous government that these lines fell into disrepair. The Labor Government is the only Government that has taken the initiative to improve freight lines in Western Australia.
