ALCOA — SUPPLEMENTARY PROPERTY PURCHASE PROGRAM
I refer to the answer to question without notice 91 dated 27 February 2008 regarding Alcoa’s supplementary property purchase program. (1) Will the minister table in Parliament a copy of the recently executed deed of undertaking between Alcoa and the state, which included the full details of the SPPP? (2) If no to (1), why not? (3) Given that paragraph 6.2(e) of the SPPP states that the decision-making powers of the SPPP administrator will be derived, pursuant to the terms of engagement negotiated between the state and the SPPP administrator to be detailed in a letter of engagement, will the minister table the aforementioned letter of engagement? (4) If no to (3), why not? Hon KATE DOUST
