In reference to the School Bus Service provided by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) I ask: (a) how many places are currently provided to students to and from school in the following shires: (i) Augusta-Margaret River; (ii) Busselton; and (iii) Harvey; (b) how many places on average are currently empty in the following shires: (i) Augusta-Margaret River; (ii) Busselton; and (iii) Harvey; (c) how many students are currently registered with a ‘complimentary’ seat on the School Bus Service in the following shires: (i) Augusta-Margaret River; (ii) Busselton; and (iii) Harvey; (d) what actions have the PTA taken to increase the number of places on the School Bus Service as a result of the Year 7 student transition to high school; (e) how many Year 7 students submitted applications for a permanent School Bus Service seat for the 2015 school year for the following shires: (i) Augusta-Margaret River; (ii) Busselton; and (iii) Harvey; (f) how many of the same Year 7 students were successful in attaining a permanent School Bus Service seat in the following shires: (i) Augusta-Margaret River; (ii) Busselton; and (iii) Harvey; (g) how many total School Bus Service seats were available to be filled by students residing in Augusta-Margaret River, Busselton, and Harvey shires at the following times: (i) start of Term 1 2014; and (ii) start of Term 1 2015; and (h) how many students residing in the following shires are currently registered on the ‘wait list’ for School Bus Service services: (i) Augusta-Margaret River; (ii) Busselton; and (iii) Harvey?

(ii) The seating capacity for the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River was 1066 with 196 available seats. The seating capacity for the Shire of Busselton was 1021 with 248 available seats. The seating capacity for the Shire of Harvey was 996 with 291 available seats.
(h)(i) 13 eligible students are waitlisted in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River (9 complimentary students).
(ii) 20 eligible students are waitlisted in the Shire of Busselton (7 complimentary students).
(iii) 3 eligible students are waitlisted in the Shire of Harvey (14 complimentary students).
