Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital— Legionella bacteria
349. Mr Adam Hort to
the Minister for Health:
I have a
supplementary question. I asked similar questions last week. Why is the
Minister for Health unable to answer these two very straightforward questions?
Point of order
Dr Tony Buti: Under standing order 77(2), the member
is asking for an opinion, which should be declared out of order.
The Speaker: Thank you, Attorney General. I shall not
uphold that point of order. It was a bit of a vague supplementary, and the
minister can respond how she sees fit.
