VIOLENCE SEMINAR — BEST PRACTICE RESPONSES — Minister for POLICE’S ATTENDANCE
I refer to the free seminar, “Converting violence to vibrancy—the power of learned optimism and community leadership”, to be held at 7.30 am on Wednesday, 30 September 2009 at the Department of Health theatrette at 189 Royal Street, East Perth, which will focus on current international best practice responses for the reduction of violence in the community. (1) Will the minister or any of his staff attend the seminar? (2) If yes to (1), who will attend? (3) If no to (1), why not? Hon PETER COLLIER
