(a)-(c) The State Government does not track the removal or relocation of Aboriginal heritage. The removal or relocation of Aboriginal heritage from an Aboriginal site would require approval under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 and may involve advice from the relevant Traditional Owners as to where it should be removed or relocated.
