(5-6) The Department of Health (DoH) is unable to answer these questions. The placement of prisoners is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrective Services (DCS).
(7-8) Yes. The patient is under the care of the DCS Prison Medical Services. He is reviewed by the mental health nurses employed by DCS and receives treatment from a State Forensic Mental Health Service (SFMHS) psychiatrist, as required.

(10) This person requested admission once via the Community Forensic Mental Health Service on 31 August 2007 and he was admitted on that day.
(11) The DoH is unable to answer this question as this is part of the Department of Public Prosecutions brief.
