I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(4) I have just received a note advising that the department has four investigating officers. Since the issue was raised with me prior to question time, I have not had the opportunity to clarify the information. The note advises me it has four officers. I recognise the writing. I hope I can provide the answer with certainty. Three officers are on duty. None is on leave but one is seconded to the City of South Perth inquiry. The City of Belmont issue is a matter raised previously with me by the member. I have made inquiries as to whether the City of Belmont is subject to an inquiry. I have not been advised whether it is subject to an inquiry. I do not have information that can confirm whether it is subject to an inquiry. I will make further inquiries and come back to Hon Jim Scott.
