I refer to enabling infrastructure for housing and the METRONET Station Precincts Gateway document, published on 9 November 2021, which identifies a percentage score for "Readiness - utilities infrastructure rating" for each of the 25 station precincts identified in the document in relation to supporting new housing, and I ask: (a) for each of the following station precincts on the Morley-Ellenbrook Line, listed below with their "Utilities infrastructure rating" as of the 2021 document, what is their current utilities infrastructure rating and what works, if any, have been done since 2021 to improve each score: (i) Bayswater - 77%; (ii) Morley - 47%; (iii) Noranda - 86%; (iv) Malaga - 12%; (v) Bennett Springs East - 7%; (vi) Whiteman Park - 4%; and (vii) Ellenbrook - 53%?

(a) The METRONET Station Precincts Gateway document provided a high-level, strategic assessment of land use and walkable catchments around stations.
The document is not a delivery plan, nor is it intended to be regularly updated. Rather, it informs government, local authorities and industry considerations for precinct development over the long term.
Most catchment areas can facilitate infill development without substantial infrastructure upgrades. Higher-density infill can also enable more efficient future infrastructure investment.
