I thank the member for some notice of this question. Main Roads Western Australia has been liaising with tunnel contractor Baulderstone Clough Joint Venture and its insurers about the claim. The contractor’s insurers have advised that it will be in a position to respond to Main Roads about the claim within a fortnight.
