I refer to the December 2019 announcement, from the Premier and the Minister for Transport, of a $1.6 billion contract to Alstom for the delivery and maintenance of 41 C-series trains consisting of 246 railcars, and I ask: (a) since the announcement of the contract, has there been any price variation to the contract; (b) if yes to (a), by how much, and when; (c) how much of the $1.6 billion was for the delivery of railcars, and how much was for maintenance; (d) what is the term of the maintenance contract; (e) where are Alstom's headquarters; and (f) from which country does Alstom source the largest number of components for the C-series trains assembled in Western Australia?
