I refer to the ACIL Allen Perth Park Business Case Summary, and I ask: (a) what assumptions were used in the business case regarding sponsorship or commercial naming-rights revenue; (b) is the Government considering offering corporate naming rights for the precinct or any of its facilities; (c) if no to (b), can the Government rule out doing so in future; (d) which specific elements of the project have been identified as potential naming-rights assets, and what internal revenue estimates or valuation work has the Government undertaken for each of these assets; and (e) has the Government held any preliminary or informal discussions with Optus, or any other corporate entity, regarding naming rights for the precinct?
