I refer to the education of juveniles in custodial facilities, and I ask —
(1) Why does the Department of Education no longer provide education to juveniles in detention?
(2) Does the Minister have any intention of reviewing or changing this policy?
(3) If yes to (2), when?
(4) If no to (2), why not?
