I refer to the Maylands boat yard. (1) Has permission being sought by the Department for Planning and Infrastructure to erect a fence on the Hardey Road boundary of the Maylands boat yard or any other section of the boat yard boundary? (2) If yes, has the Department for Planning and Infrastructure advised the City of Bayswater? (3) If no, why not?
